Abstract

|
|
Medical practice should be conducted only by licensed medical practitioners with a basis of medical professional knowledge, supplemented by experience and skill. They should also be confined to the medical services that the Medical Service Act accepts.
All medical practices other than those licensed are illegal and violates the Medical Service Act. Recently, there are many cases of controversial unlicensed medical practice.
This paper was written in order to reduce the risk of illegal medical practices due to unfamiliarity with the Medical Service Act and to facilitate the search for legitimate rights. This paper focuses on the Medical Service Act in the dental practices field.
